Nicholas Miller

Nicholas Miller is the second son of Steve Miller. As a member of the fifth generation to be involved in Californian agriculture, Nicholas feels strongly connected to the industry. During high school and college, he spent several summers working with the family business. Upon graduating from Bowdoin College, he took a position with a marketing consulting firm in Boston before finally returning to California to work full-time for the family business in 2004.

Nicholas now divides his time between the various family operations, focusing on all aspects with an emphasis on the marketing and public relations. He represents the companies on several boards and associations including the California Association of Winegrape Growers and the Santa Maria Valley Wine Country.

Nicholas and his wife, Shelly, make their home in Santa Barbara and his personal interests include wine, music, snowboarding, reading, traveling, religion, soccer, and basketball.

Nicholas is a member of the California AG Leadership Class 36.
